For Easter Monday we have thought of two special menus, inspired by the authentic flavors of Sardinia:
- 🍽 Easter Monday Menu – Fish
A journey through the flavors of the sea: aperitif with torbato, then octopus salad, Catalan shrimp, and mussel soup.
Following that, trofie with seafood and fregola with mussels. For the second course, gilt-head bream in scabecciu and roasted squid on a fresh tomato base, with pinzimonio.
Final dessert: pan’e saba and fried ravioli with citrus honey. - 🍖 Easter Monday Menu – Meat
Authentic flavors of tradition: torbato Sella and Mosca, cold cuts platter, beef carpaccio with arugula, and panadina with tomato.
Rich first courses: ciccioneddus with white wild boar ragout from Asinara and trofiette with asparagus and guanciale.
For the second course, veal roast with baked potatoes and pinzimonio.
Sweet closure with pan’e saba and fried ravioli with citrus honey.
Both menus include aperitif, water, and traditional desserts.
Two different menus, but both perfect for celebrating Easter Monday with dishes rich in flavor and authenticity, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
